Basic rules for using our datacenter and residential proxy service through the management dashboard.

By using our website, management dashboard, proxy credentials, or network, you agree to these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.
2. The service
We provide usage-based datacenter and residential proxy bandwidth. Top-ups, proxy delivery, balance management, and customer support are handled through our management dashboard. Available rates and bandwidth are displayed before payment.
3. Payments and bandwidth
Cryptocurrency payments may be irreversible. You are responsible for selecting the correct network, payment asset, address, and amount. Bandwidth is deducted as it is used. Contact support through the dashboard if a payment or balance is incorrect.
4. Allowed use
You may use the proxies only for lawful activity and only against websites, systems, accounts, and data you are authorized to access. You are responsible for all activity performed using your proxy credentials.
5. Prohibited use
DDoS or DoS attacks, botnets, malware, credential attacks, unauthorized access, fraud, phishing, spam, harassment, illegal content, and any other unlawful activity are strictly prohibited. Full details are listed in the Acceptable Use Policy.
6. Suspension
We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to stop suspected abuse, protect the network or other users, comply with law, or enforce these Terms. Serious abuse may result in immediate termination.
7. Availability and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Proxy speed, routing, availability, and compatibility may vary. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
8. Privacy and logging
We do not log sites visited, destination hosts, URLs, DNS requests, browsing activity, or proxy traffic content. Our limited operational records and retention rules are explained in the Privacy Policy.
9. Changes and support
We may update these Terms when the service or legal requirements change. The effective date will be updated when changes are published. Questions and support requests can be submitted through the dashboard.
